About me

I am a PhD candidate in Structural Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University. My research sits at the intersection of earthquake engineering, machine learning, and uncertainty quantification, where I develop probabilistic methods for structural analysis, reliability, and performance-based earthquake engineering.

More broadly, I am interested in bringing modern machine learning and statistical methods into structural engineering to make design and risk assessment more efficient, reliable, and data-driven. My recent work explores active learning, generative modeling, and uncertainty-aware algorithms for engineering design. I primarily develop open-source computational tools in Python and OpenSeesPy, with current applications to resilient structural systems such as post-tensioned cross-laminated timber (PT-CLT) rocking walls.
